About Christoffer Trier Månsson

I work as a PhD student at Aarhus University Hospital where we study blood based biomarkers in lung cancer patients. I recently finished my master in molecular medicine from Aarhus University. My master thesis was made in collaboration with Anders Lade lab at Aarhus University and Boe Sandahl lab at Aarhus University Hospital. The project concerns cfChIP of ctDNA in NSCLC patients. With cfChIP we want to investigate gene activity in the cell of origin based on nucleosomes isolated from plasma samples taken from cancer patients. My Bachelors project was done at Lotte Bjergbaek group at the department of Molecular Biology and Genetics. Here I focused on the role of the ATP-dependent chromatin remodeler, RSC, in the repair of one-ended DNA double-strand breaks.
