Assigned to Finance, Accounting and Tax for 2 subsidiary companies engaged in production suction boat charter.As one of finance group employee, I am responsible to handle- Finance : Account Receivable, Account Payable, Invoice Payment, Invoice Billing, Budgeting)- Accounting : General Ledger, Financial Statements for Stakeholders / Shareholders & Bank, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance,Assets Report, Recon Bank.- Tax : PPh 21/26, PPh 25, PPh 23, PPh 4 (2), PPh 15, PPN.

- Tighten SOP Implementation.- Provide Internal Control System.- Implement Good Accounting Communication Oversightand Processes.- Providing a Special Communication Channel forReporting Fraud.- Participate in regular meetings with the anti-fraud team at the head office (Shanghai)- Provide Anti-Fraud Training for Employees.

- Conducting research on social media- Collect information about negative news related to fintech loans on all social media- Make work reports every week, regarding work results along with solutions to overcome fraud.

- Willing to exchange in 3 divisions (Customer Service, Collection & Credit Analyst)- Research and overcome obstacles encountered in each division.- Reporting directly to the Country Director and Headquarters (Beijing).

- Receive loan application documents.- Verify data (by calling and visiting the borrower).- Collect documents and reports for the approval stage of the section head.- Take part in meetings with the sales/marketing team, and submit reports on their achievements every week.

- Handle all Branch Activities, Sales, Technicians Schedule, & Finance- Create and provide reports to branch heads and head office
