I am a leader, international business builder, strategist and product guy. I have a passion for building new products and services, turning products into a successful business, together with a great team. By combining the experience from the corporate and startup world I have been able to help corporations become fast and more agile. Having a structured mindset and experience from corporations again has helped when developing startup companies.Working as a CEO, line manager, team leader, project manager, and coach I developed and polished both my management as well as people leadership skills. My approach is very hands-on, working with people, understanding the details while simultaneously developing the strategic top-level overview, guiding and motivating people towards the direction and helping the team reach their goals. I work hard and require that from others as well. As a consultant, I have worked across a range of industries and developed strong methodology competencies especially around strategy execution, change management, sales execution, innovation, portfolio management, and project management. Some of my industry experiences are software, internet services, telecom, space, earth observation, and healthcare.
