Seasoned, award-winning biopharma marketing leader and strategist with strong background in management consulting. Curious and entrepreneurial by nature, I enjoy understanding customers, mobilizing organizations and making a difference in patients' lives! My career has taken me from strategy consulting to leadership roles in biopharma companies ranging from single product companies to large multinationals. After gaining experience in the UK, Germany and Mexico I have spent the majority of my working life in the US. I am comfortable in a variety of roles and settings, from building my own consulting business to running teams at big companies. I have managed franchises with $2bn sales, budgets in excess of $20m and teams of up to 35 FTEs. I am passionate about engaging with patients, physicians and payers to understand their needs and to leverage their insights, whether it is through market research, advisory boards or in-depth personal discussions. I leverage this insight to inform drug development, new product planning, marketing strategy & launch and external development. I have led products and projects across immunology, MS, oncology, rare diseases, imaging and primary care. As a consultant I advised senior management on M&A, due diligence, BD opportunities and growth strategies. I bring joy and purpose to what I do, and I believe that humor gets you and your team through even the most challenging situation. Besides work, my passions are soccer, learning languages and travel, preferably with my family.
