Hello, thanks for stopping by my page.I am on this platform for 3 reasons:1. Community - As humans, we need connection and our tribe to feel like we are a part of something bigger. So I will post things that are important to my tribe and what I experience on my journey. Some of it will resonate some will not and that is ok with me. I do support people's posts if you are in my network and I hope you feel the same about my posts but no pressure. 2. Value Selling - I am a salesperson and leader. I work with a lot of startups because I believe like they do that we need innovation to keep our country and region growing. Again, some of the content will resonate and others will not. It's ok either way.3. Personal Journey - I do my best to give you my original thoughts and not spam you by trying to get attention. Some things I share are unique to my perspective and other pieces are broader topics that I consider important. Sometimes I choose to educate, sometimes I inspire, and sometimes illuminate a topic. Here is more about my story: I was born and raised in NYC (Queens) to a blue-collar family. Empathy for a diverse set of people is a passion as I grew up in one of the most diverse places in America, Queens NY. My personal experience has brought me to traverse a variety of business sectors including construction management, recruiting, and most recently software development. I am interested in building wealth for minority communities and more inclusion at all levels of an organization. I have worked in three major US markets including New York, Chicago, and Southern California. I currently reside in Southern California where I have been involved in several startups in the region and mentor a small group of founders.
