This includes multiscale, multiphysics simulations of the electrophysiology of the heart, the mechanics of tissue deformation, and blood flow.Christoph received training at the TU Graz, the Medical University of Graz, and UC Berkeley building a strong background in scientific computing, computational modeling, numerical mathematics, solid mechanics, CFD, statistics, and data science.He is one of the main drivers behind the development of the software CARPentry/openCARP (www.opencarp.org), considered to be the leading organ-scale cardiac modeling framework. Christoph is co-founder of NumeriCor (www.numericor.at) with the mission to be the world leader in software development for cardiac electrophysiological and mechanical applications.
