- Identification of current trends in the commercialization of generics and biosimilars- Analysis of market development on available market data- Development of medium- and long-term strategy for commercialization of generics and biosimilars- In cooperation with national key account management - development of measures to achieve short-, medium- and long-term objectives- Optimization of existing processes and development & implementation of new internal processes to support sales activities

- Responsible for the entire hospital business of Hexal AG- Development and implementation of a long-term growth strategy for the hospital business of Hexal AG- Establishment and continous evolvement of suitable structures to successfully expand Hexal's hospital market share in Germany- Launch of 5 biosimilars and more than 30 clinic-specific generics (e.g. antibiotics, cytostatics)- Quintupling Hexal sales within 8 years- Participation in numerous cross-divisional-projects with emphasis on biosimilar marketing- Development of suitable in-house structures and establishment of customer-oriented processes to optimally support the field force team- Responsible for up to 18 employees in the back-office and field force teams
