Since more than 20 years, I support organizations in team-driven processes for strategic development, either on company level (Corporate Strategy) or on business unit or product level (Strategic Positioning). I see myself as motor, moderator and motivator of internal strategic development. As an energetic, hands-on partner and coach. I do not work FOR clients, I partner WITH clients to create shared visions with commitment.I contribute knowledge and experience from Strategic Marketing, Branding and Market Research, fed from numerous strategy and research projects for national and international companies. As strategic development corresponds more to a marathon than a sprint, I support some of my clients since many years in a close relationship and work as a coach for internal teams and decision makers. I still enjoy lecturing (dating back to my years as research assistant at the University of Innsbruck), that´s why I work as executive trainer and external lecturer too.
