My task is to complete detailed electrical engineering drawings(Caneco, Eplan) for the construction of water treatment facilities (Electrical systems for buildings and industrial processes) , this includes providing support to our employees in the field, We also do renovations of existing installations. some installations do include explosive environments which need special attention to comply with current ATEX regulations. these installations also include lightning protection/performance levels/energie management/environmental laws etcEQUANS has been active in the construction of treatment plants since the early 1980s. Often, in addition to these treatment plants, rainwater pumping stations are also built, with a particular attention to the energy efficiency of the plants. With these executed realizations, we have made a great contribution in the improved quality of our river waters and the increase of biodiversity. Many rivers that were heavily polluted 30 years ago are now attractive again for nature, recreation and the living environment.

Providing necessary Schedule/documents/revision(Quality)Update or modifications for Electrical Supply panels or Drive panels. In cooperation with a designated engineer we verify principal design drawings are up to specifications. Based upon these principal electrical drawings we create Terminal Wire/Cable lists. Writing instruction documents for assembly of components or modules for serial production of electrical panels. Sketching out mechanical drawings for mechanical assembly line from prototype to the serial production. Calculating time needed and providing the means to justify hours spend on designated tasks by our production.Supporting the serial production line upon remarks found on Economic/Functional/Ergonomic and Esthetics.

Based on information by lead engineers. Drawing new Electrical cabinets in E-plan and working out solutions and improvements. Working out revisions for serveral projects in E-plan. Hereby generating Partlists in a correct format, that we can import these in our ordering system. Also doing follow ups on material sent to production. Making all documents in preparation for production. Thereby supervising Cabinets are up to provided specifcations.

Predictive maintenance on industrial motors, pumps and resonating materials.(For Company TOTAL)Hereby using vibration, infrared and ultrasonic measuring to predict failure of machinery. Also providing extensive reports for maintenance crews to intervene. Carefully planning routes to retain the companies reliability on machinery.
