I have decided now to take my early retirement after 28 year Within Faurecia for the automotive industry. with experience in different country I’was trying to use my knowledge to develop all my teammates. It is very good to be able to mentor student coming for internship or to develop the skill of our internal team and give them broader knowledge base of the company. My various experiences developing Instrument panel of 2 completely different level of expectation (base line with High Volume and High line with Low Volume) gave me an overall visibility on all the current interior trim process use in the Industryafter that my 7 years as responsible of the acquisition for new Program in USA helped me to improve management skill as well as the customer interface in order to support my company demonstation viv a vis of our customer.Then 15 month in a Program manager position gave me opportunities to use my leadership and engineering skill to support a very challenging program for development up to production of the Chrysler 200 and Dodge Avenger instrument panel and console.after 2 years in China I gather all that experience to secure new business for Faurecia and integrate the new comer in the teamThat adventure and the discovery if a new culture in china help me to understand closer to the field, the main diferences between the three continent that I lived inNow back in the US I will use my experience to secure the Engineering high expectation of the German customer in the US and give my best to fit in that organization
