Expertise Mission (regular meeting at the customer) about the implemented planning tool following the 16 months at the customer (Current activities in half-time).Within the framework of this expertise, I still support the local Project Manager through the following activities:- Keeping on support with the animation of the national working group on the key deployment indicators of the planning tool: definition, creation and implementation of these indicators with the various national actors- Definition of good practices and diffusion to the users- Realization of personalized screens for the customer thanks to the technical knowledge of the tool- Drafting of general functional specifications- Preparation and animation of meetings on specific topics, in link with the current processes of the customer: management of the deadlines in planning, management of the hours, management of the critical pathDevelopment and settings on Planisware P5 since March 2014(2nd half-time)August 2013 - > February 2014:Drafting of the national documents of formation on the planning tool (Same customer than the expertise mission)Creation of the contents for the features which were developed during the last 10 months.Training of engineers coming from the engineering centers in France: ~80 people

In the continuity of the previous mission, my activites evolve to the support to the local Project manager. (AMOA).In addition, I was responsible for the planning team (4 persons), present at the customer.Activites: - Support with the animation of the national working group on the key deployment indicators of the planning tool: definition, creation and implementation of these indicators with the various national actors- Drafting of guides and updates of the planning process with the installation of the new planning tool- Definition of good practices and diffusion to the users- Drafting of general functional specifications following the identified needs- Contribution in the tests of the new functionalities- Training of planners and engineers at the customer: ~70 people- Coordination of a team of 4 planners and its interactions with the customer

A nuclear leader in France chose to implement a new studies planification tool for its engineering activities.I integrated a team who was responsible for the migration of the data from the former tool to the new Planisware P5 Processes platform.After the migration, the main challenges were in the help to the users in this change and the deployment strategy in order to ensure the reliability of the data.Before migration activities :- Meeting with group Managers in order to get the data- Definition of good practices et drafting of cards about them- Quality control of the final migration file (~55000 lines) to master the recovery in the new solutionPost-migration activities :- Contribution in the tests of the new functionalities- Control of the planning's processes respect thanks to the creation, implementation and documentation of several data quality indicators- Assistance to the Projects to help them to implement their WBS in the planning tool and present them the related consequences on the data resumption- Operational accompaniment of the users- Training of 25 engineers to the planning tool

Two projects were carried out in the same time during this internship.The first one was a project dedicated to the future installation of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES).This software will be use by the production department and gathers all the contraints and parameters : measure and analysis if the performance of the production lines, follow-up of the consumptions and loss of raw material and packaging, traceability, quality management, ...Realised Work :Study of the informations flow in the plantAnalysis of the existing systemsPresence in meeting with actors around MES (Suppliers and users)Meeting with about ten suppliers of MESDefinition of the needs for an MES in this plantRedaction of the needs list for the different parts which will be implemented in more or less long termThe second project was about the management of the positionning of the people along the production lines.Realised Work:Study of the existing system to manage the positionningDefinition of the needs for the future toolVisit of a plant which already owns such a toolRedaction of specifications for the computer tool of automatic positionning of the people according to their skills, presences, ...

During this intership, my goal was to participate in the construction of doubling production capacity of the workshop FOS (Fructo-OligoSaccharides)When I arrived, the project with a budget of 4.5 million euros was validated and the earthworks had just started.Realised Work :Study of the manufacturing processFollow-up of the new worksInvolvement in the implementation of the new automaton networkRealisation of tests with water of new installations in cooperation with the supplierDistribution of knowledge acquired with the tests at the techniciansParticipation in the production launch of all new installations

Lors de ce stage, j'ai participé à la mise en œuvre de la production ainsi qu'à plusieurs analyses de laboratoire.Réalisation du suivi des matières ainsi que l'équilibrage des flux dans les bacs tampons.Travail avec le technicien de production sur les réglages des différents éléments du processus de fabrication.Réalisation de plusieurs analyses physico-chimiques des sirops prélevés en accord avec le plan d'échantillonnage.L'atelier a fonctionné 24h/24 et 7jours/7 durant ce stage. Afin de comprendre le fonctionnement par équipe et les relèves avec les passations de consignes, j'ai réalisé 1 semaine de poste (3x8) afin de suivre une équipe.
