Planning Engineer
A nuclear leader in France chose to implement a new studies planification tool for its engineering activities.I integrated a team who was responsible for the migration of the data from the former tool to the new Planisware P5 Processes platform.After the migration, the main challenges were in the help to the users in this change and the deployment strategy in order to ensure the reliability of the data.Before migration activities :- Meeting with group Managers in order to get the data- Definition of good practices et drafting of cards about them- Quality control of the final migration file (~55000 lines) to master the recovery in the new solutionPost-migration activities :- Contribution in the tests of the new functionalities- Control of the planning's processes respect thanks to the creation, implementation and documentation of several data quality indicators- Assistance to the Projects to help them to implement their WBS in the planning tool and present them the related consequences on the data resumption- Operational accompaniment of the users- Training of 25 engineers to the planning tool
