Engineering Manager for servovalves and hydro blocs department

• Management of a team of 5 people, including 2 in India• Reporting to the top management of the Engineering in the US and member of the management committee in France• Deployment of the new matricial organization between the site and the Engineering at the group level and carrying the company's values• Implementation of new KPIs and process• Performances goals and internal customer satisfaction finally achieved in less than a year (OTD, PDBL, Quality, Engagement)

Project Leader for the industrialization phase and launch of a new generation of mechatronic products (overall budget 800k€):• Project management, budget/planning• Defining the global manufacturing processes and workflows• Implementation of a dedicated workshop• Integrating new processes• Leading of a French-German and multidisciplinary project team • ATEX Representative for the Trappes factory• Interim Product Manager: sales forces and customers support, training, organization and attending to several trade shows, link with marketing group...

In connection with the R&D group in Germany:• CAD design (on NX8.5) of casted and machined parts • Assembly/tests/validation of the first prototypes of the pump • Creating/managing technical data (e.g. procedures or instructions)

• Expert for all technical data related to the manufacturing of side-channel pumps• Various in-house development projects for the workshop• Support for production, suppliers and quality• Design/development/validation of non-standard versions • Creation of commercial documents

Air Precision - TeamAerospace (civil and military)• Design of slip rings in project mode for each order and based on customer needs regarding its interfaces (mechanic/electric) and electrical needs defined by the electronic department.

• Project of re-design and improvement of the range of side-channel pumps within a French-German team.• Design of raw and machined parts as well as assemblies.
