I joined the already fantastic team at Fletchers almost 4 years ago now, to leverage my experience in large and complex environments and optimise the use of all infrastructure technology in a rapidly expanding company.I focus mainly on infrastructure transformation and in this capacity I've led the design and implementation of Citrix virtual apps and desktops and now the move to Azure Virtual Desktop , MS Exchange OnPrem to Exchange Online. Active Directory and Group Policy remain my first love but working on a cloud first strategy now moving resources and processes into Azure and that's a lot of fun too!
