My two areas of expertise are talent development and evidence-based psychology. My goal is to help individuals and organizations change and to disseminate to the general public (through my books and articles), to organizations and helping professionals (psychologists, coaches, health professionals) the latest findings in evidence-based psychology. I facilitate conferences and experiential programmes to enhance cognitive flexibility, emotional intelligence, empathy, behavioral agility and leadership. I also train helping professionals to ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Training). And I also have a therapy private practice. ESSEC (a leading French business school), clinical psychologist, specialized in CBT (Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy) more specifically in ACT, I have founded A.Life after having spent 5 years as a financial auditor and 15 years in talent development and human resources.
