Responsible for the Mission Management system engineering team in charge of the definition, the development and the integration of mission management and tactical aids functions. These functions involve military gameplan (including operational mission goals, tasks and flight plan) autonomous management and supervised execution for manned and unmanned combat air systems. These capabilities rely on Artificiel Intelligence bases technologies. Responsible for the sensor management function engineering teamin charge of the definition, development, integration and validation/qualification of airborne mission sensors management functions (radar and EO/IR sensors) for Rafale, M2000 and UAV systems.Missionso Staff management and support (recruitment, training, professional support, annual interviews,…)o Design & technical authority for every questions related to the definition, system architecture, performances, system engineering processes and industrial sub-contractors or partners management o Preparation of the future by proposing and conducting research and technology development studies.Other achievementso Construction and development of an expert technical knowledge baseo Contribution to engineering processes continuous enhancement
