I am responsible for the in-life management of an assigned portfolio of French accounts. The provision of excellent customer management and risk management are my primary duties. My main tasks and achievements are the following:- Managing day-to-day relations with over 200 clients - Processing refunds, credit notes, fund reconciliations, charges collection etc... on time - Working with the risk control team to recover lost funds, anticipate delinquencies, minimise risk and losses - Onboarding new accounts: negotiating financial terms, welcome call, presentation of the product/tools available - Preparing and sending documentation to customers such as R&T, contracts, policy changes, CL suspensions etc... - Resolving/handling delinquencies, late payments, payment disputes etc...- Identifying and improving new processes Overseeing growth opportunities (for ex: requesting CLincrease, identifying customer potential), and identifying improvements on products for customer satisfaction- Exchanging on a weekly basis with senior stakeholders based in the US regarding the performance and growth of the market and managing their expectations - Reached my 2022 year volume target
