Providing legal support to the clinical, medical, regulatory and R&D departments of ADC Therapeutics:- drafting and negotiation of international contract (master services agreement (laboratory services, consulting, audit services; regulatory services...), clinical trial agreement, advisory board agreement, non-disclosure agreement, license agreements, research agreements, material transfer agreement...);- protection of intellectual property and confidential information;- review of clinical and regulatory submission documents (ICFs and ancillary documents...)- review of pre-clinical and clinical publications; - compliance work (review of corporate policies and SOPs);- legal advice and legal researchIn charge of legal matters related to the protection of personal data processed by ADC Therapeutics and its affiliates:- drafting and negotiation of data processing and transfer agreements (controller-controller or controller-processor...);- drafting of information notice to data subjects;-preparation ans d maintenance of processing records;- drafting of data impact assessments;-drafting of data privacy policies and ancillary SOPs;- data breach assessment and recording

Assisting legal counsel with their daily activities:- drafting and reviewing different international contracts (non-disclosure agreement, master services agreement, work orders);- drafting of contract amendments, contractual notices);- legal research;
