- Supervise accounting and account payable teams (8 collaborators)- Manage accounting for 3 legal entities, France (€140M), Dutch (€65M) and Belgium (€15M)- Coordinate corporate financial reporting for the month end closes (US GAAP)- Coordinate the creation of the Belgium legal entities to implement a direct sales force

- Supervise a team of 5 collaborators- Appraise the adequate implementation of the financial procedures for international sites- Assess efficiency of internal controls (SOX)- Audited countries: Ireland, Turkey, Belgium, Argentina, Canada, Mexico, India, China, Swaziland, Norway, Germany, Egypt

- Supervise a team of 2 collaborators- Manage the FP&A module implementation- Ensure correlation between business requirements and ERP solution- Training of 20 collaborators

- Participate to the elaboration of the annual budget and standard cost- Coordinate, analyze and report actual financials, forecast of cash flow, expenses and production cost- Optimize the forecasting and reporting tools
