D'une part l’environnement qui est différent de celui connu et implique donc une grande adaptabilité mais aussi un environnement de travail qui permet d'apprendre très rapidement et implique aussi une certaine proximité et sympathie avec ses collègues et un important lien entre les plus anciens et moi même qui m'a permis un apprentissage accéléré
