TRACE Software Industries SA started as a company developing ERP applications well before they became the craze. Our software was multilingual, service was done remotely via dial-up modems and modules were industrialised. We moved to Lotus Notes development in the early 1990s and have since developped a completely integrated suite of applications, bringint to communications and collaboration the same logic, consolidation and security ERP systems have brought to the financial/accounting side of business management. As was the case 20 years ago, we service our customers remotely using the internet as a backbone, we industrialised our modules and have made them multi-lingual.

No global platform, job boards here and there, some recruiters vying for the top 1% of managerial posts.So I decided to do something about it. Using a job platform developped for customers in Switzerland and Mauritius, I set-up my new venture : AfricJobs.The idea was good, the technology not yet ripe and the capital necessary to grow not there.So it was a good idea that in the end did not materialise, yet it brought us a lot of technical know how, insights and we were able to pollinate our development at TRACE Software Infdustries and make our software better.

Set-up the company in Mauritius in 2003. it became the development and customer support arm of TRACE Software Industries SA.
