KPI's reached or exceeded every year. - C-Level negotiations.- Particular focus on the Biotech, New-tech and Services industries. - Client Risk assessment with the technical team, risk engineers and/or insurer's underwriter. - Negotiation with the insurance companies.- Design and Coordination of the client insurance portfolio with the technical teams. - Support in the claims management. - Daily use of Salesforce. - Business development initiatives.

- Client's technical advisor for non-life insurance solutions. - Type of portfolio: Belgian or multinational companies with a turnover up to EUR 200 million. - Contact person by the clients: Administrators, CEO, CFO, COO, Risk Manager, Legal, etc...- Contribution to the risk assessments (on site). - Negotiation of tailor made insurance contracts with the major insurance companies. - Contribution to the different initiatives for process optimization and client services efficiency.

- Client's technical advisor for Financial & Professional Liability insurance solutions (management liability, employer's liability, professional liability, fraud, IPO). - Contact persons by the client: Administrators, CEO, CFO, COO, Risk Manager, Legal advisor, etc...- Risk assessment.- Placement / Renewal negotiations with the insurance market. - Responsible for the ''facility'' portfolio.

- Responsible for the client's international insurance program in the FINPRO department (Financial & Professional Liability insurance solutions). - C-Level discussions & negotiations. - Advisory on the international (insurance) regulations and requirements. - Design of the adequate insurance program. - Placement and coordination of the local insurance policies.
