• Ensure all orders received via e-mail/fax are processed accurately and promptly• Ensure that all customers queries are resolved satisfactorily• Back up to providing technical and product advice when necessary • Process customer returns• Ensure all service complaints are dealt with upon receipt• Enter accurately into the complaint system• Escalate all product complaints to the Quality department• Liaise with the sales force on a regular basis• Maintain regular contact with the warehouse and courier to co-ordinate deliveries, returns, etc• Monitor the invoicing process, including duplicate invoicing as requested • Process billing corrections in accordance with company policy

• Organising collection and deliveries from B2C and B2B via telephone• Accurately process customer´s details into the company database• Provide tailored solutions to customer´s enquiries • Team leader´s support and floor backup • Mentoring of new comers and refresh training of teams on existing policies

• Management of the fitness department • Management of stock flows• Advise customers regarding the different products • Meet and excel the sales targets
