CurrentCAFAT (Social Security) I implemented the new pension reform in the Social Security Information System, a program including 2 main projects (5 teams, 30 team members and 30 stakeholders), I identified and gave priorities to the teams, assigned the tasks, managed the projects from the initiation to the completion, organised the kick-off meetings, set up the budget and the schedule, foresaw the risks, and monitored them, prepared corrective actions, identified improvement opportunities. I supervised the requirements identification, and the development phases, evaluated and compared the solutions, I planned, organised, and supervised the application releases, organised and animated the meeting and steering committee, I periodically reported to senior managers and to the sponsor.Crédit Agricole Mutuel (Banking sector)I managed a 5-million-euro strategic project which the aim was to replace the core banking and the accounting system. I organised the tender procedure for selecting a software editor. I manage the projects from the initiation to the completion, estimated the project duration and the cost, identified and monitored the risks, identified the opportunities to optimise and/or simplify the tasks, coordinated the relation between the stakeholders and the IT Project Manager from the software editor, organised and drove the weekly meetings and the project committees, monitored the acceptance sessions, prepared and monitored the launch. In addition to this, I defined and implemented a digital transformation strategy. Government (Public sector) & AIRCALIN (airliner)Analysed the previous processes and the way of improvement and modernise it, set a criteria grid to help the senior managers to select the most suitable software, prepared the documents needed for the call for tenders.SLN (Mining industry sector)I managed different projects which the aims were to deliver new applications and digital tools to the company to modernise and optimise the work.
