CAFAT (Social Security) I implemented the new pension reform in the Social Security Information System, a program including 2 main projects (5 teams, 30 team members and 30 stakeholders), I identified and gave priorities to the teams, assigned the tasks, managed the projects from the initiation to the completion, organised the kick-off meetings, set up the budget and the schedule, foresaw the risks, and monitored them, prepared corrective actions, identified improvement opportunities. I supervised the requirements identification, and the development phases, evaluated and compared the solutions, I planned, organised, and supervised the application releases, organised and animated the meeting and steering committee, I periodically reported to senior managers and to the sponsor.Crédit Agricole Mutuel (Banking sector)I managed a 5-million-euro strategic project which the aim was to replace the core banking and the accounting system. I organised the tender procedure for selecting a software editor. I manage the projects from the initiation to the completion, estimated the project duration and the cost, identified and monitored the risks, identified the opportunities to optimise and/or simplify the tasks, coordinated the relation between the stakeholders and the IT Project Manager from the software editor, organised and drove the weekly meetings and the project committees, monitored the acceptance sessions, prepared and monitored the launch. In addition to this, I defined and implemented a digital transformation strategy. Government (Public sector) & AIRCALIN (airliner)Analysed the previous processes and the way of improvement and modernise it, set a criteria grid to help the senior managers to select the most suitable software, prepared the documents needed for the call for tenders.SLN (Mining industry sector)I managed different projects which the aims were to deliver new applications and digital tools to the company to modernise and optimise the work.

Revamping of the company’s website including services, content, strategy, layout and graphics redefinition; SEO strategy definition and identification of new opportunities.In accordance to the context, Wix web builder and Agile have been chosen.

I set up and monitored a € 1 million budget project and a strategic schedule; I selected resource among the contractors; set up, led a project team of 30 members, identified the priority activities and assignments, coordinated the other teams from different departments or companies; I managed and monitored every project phase from initiation to the closing. I accompanied change and coordinated clients from the banks and/or the business partner. I managed strategic financial and legal application project involving three banks and one business partner, providing legal reports to the Bank of France, and automatically published on a web portal. I also managed several web applications projects to increase and ease the selling of the credit loans in the bank branches of our banking partners such as Caisse d’Epargne, Banque Populaire, BRED, CASDEN and Banco de Portugal. A mobile banking application to facilitate credit management for clients from their smartphones.

I managed several web-based financial projects from the initiation to its closing, I set up and monitor the budget, the schedule, foresee the risks, supervised the development, the acceptance phase, and the production launch. I also animated the project meetings and the steering committees with the client, reported to the head of the Front Office department and to the CIO.
