I am in charge of the centre and manage my team and customers demands. I have to manage the transition between Argyll Business Centre to Regus Group. I ensure procedures are correctly followed.

In addition of the customer service assistant responsabilities, I was in charge of the customer and suppliers billing (invoices, chasing debts...). I managed a team of 3 customer service assistant.I was the head of the operations department and report directly to the Centre Manager.

In a international five-star business centre, I was in charge of Meeting & Conférences, IT&Telecoms, Maintenance, Reception and the relation with the suppliers. I provide to the customer a exceptionnal quality of service according to the company policy in order to exceed their expectations.

Basé à la FNAC Forum des Halles, j'étais en charge de l'encaissement des clients.Par la suite, la responsabilité des zones de caisses m'a été confiée (gestion du planning, gestion des plaintes clients, fidélisation des clients...) et j'ai été formé à l'ouverture de crédit à la consommation.
