Ensured the consistency of a major avionics modification package : consistency between specifications - Customer requirements traceability - consistency with the maintenance system - PDR follow upDefined the software architecture of another major avionics upgrade package Defined and set up the consistency between the safety analyses of Falcon main avionics and options, e.g. HUD

Ensured the delivery of specific capabilities to the Falcon F7X customers: contaminated runways – noise abatement procedures - steep approaches …Oversaw all tasks from the initial specification through certification to documentation and trainingEspecially, oversaw the F7X certification into / from London City AirportAlso managed to the Falcon F7X of EFBs and (partly) EFVS integration

Managed costs and work progress on major studies procurements, using cost estimates and EVM

Managed the integration and validation of 4 major avionics functions up to flight tests.Developed these functions in close, daily cooperation with the customer’s team

Coordinated the hardware integration studies of a very extensive upgrade program (impacted most aircraft areas and most systems)Ensured the design office interface with the avionics, production and flight tests departments

Synthesized numerous fatigue and structural control studies, into a comprehensive Inspect / Repair / Overhaul scheme.Coordinated all aspects of a MTOW increase study: structure - aircraft systems - performances. Gained 20% on carrying capability
