Responsible for projects, building of manned Retail sites of Q8.
With a focus on the budget, maintain the planning, controlling the quality deliverd by contractors. Check that all contractors respect the Q8 Safety regulations.
Maintenance issues within a certain region and costs above a fixed value are also followed by me.

Purpose of the function is to keep the retail service stations operational due to the Q8 standards concerning safety, environment, branding and specifications.Region: South Belgium (200 stations), North Belgium (200 stations) or Luxemburg (43 sites).Principal Accountabilities:Support and cooperation with all retail departments and purchasing department by means of technical advice, drafts, budgets,…. by which the regional territory manager is capable to negotiate investment projects in a responsible way;Follow-up of Legal inspections on site.Check on general condition and operational function of the service stations in order to ensure the reliability;Check and follow-up of repair, damages, alerts and events;Prepare and follow-up of maintenance programs;Administrative support such as database input, prepare tenders, control of invoices;Coordinate maintenance building and environment projectsMaintain and expand knowledge about new developments concerning safety, environment, engineering and law;Coordinate decontamination towards environmental matters.
