As insurance advisor / head of production I am responsible to make contracts and quotes for potential clients, who are mainly expats, international students and business travellers (individual clients) or universities and companies (corporate clients). Within this function the key tasks are to develop business, build a trustful commercial relationships with clients, also to advise them with issues and challenges in international insurance solutions. Next to that, an important part of the job is to find solutions in situations where client is not happy with a certain situation and such make the unhappy client a happy client again. The development and improvement of client relationships is an important part of the job. Finally, also the administrative management of contracts, files and partly finance is part of the job.

Assisting Jetair clients to, from and at the airport and guiding airport transfers to and from the airport, organising info meetings and question sessions for clients in the hotels. Partly doing administrative tasks like treating complaints but also a commercial function like selling excursions. To conclude I was also the guide for the Jetair excursion ‘Berber villages’ for Jetair clients.
