-Formalizing the Trading negociations by drafting and sending of commercial contracts to external counterparts.-Estimating the costs associated to a transaction and communicating all operational data having a financial impact on trading results.-Following up on trade finance issues, Letter of Credit and Standby Letter of Credit, and working closely with the credit department.-Ensuring good management of vessel operations and storage contracts.-Nominating the service providers at loading and/or discharging terminals and controlling the accuracy and consistency of the obtained results.-Preparing voyage orders for the vessels, liaising with shipping (charterers and shipping operators)-Obtaining financial guarantees from counterparts, controlling them before cargo loading/unloading, in connection with Credit Department.-Liaising with group's Refineries as well as marketing affiliates to secure and optimise their supply.-Providing all necessary operational advice and assistance to the Traders.

- Responsible for all daily and monthly P/L reporting.- Analysis of physical and paper P/L variations on a day to day basis;- Maintain a strong control environment, make sure trading desks stays within its limits, price curve verifications, and verify exposure is in line with desk’s limits, daily VaR publication;- Provide statistical results, trades analysis and support needed to Trading Desks and Management. Such as monthly analysis of global flows, studies on supply and demand trends;- Participate in new project development and supported as directed by the management;- Helped with the set up of reporting between Geneva and Singapore LPG desks;- Interface with traders, trading operations and other departments in different offices across the globe (in particular the USA, Singapore and London) to ensure all risk and profit related data within the systems are up to date and correct;- Reconcile monthly P/L with different offices in order to prove figures are in line for Management;

- Managing both the Gas & Power portfolios of Trading Operations;- On the Power desk, continually assessing within day power market for Intra Day Trading, optimising production units and end user sites in France and the UK;- Assessing Trading opportunities between UK and France with the use of IFA flow, purchasing Capacity and flowing power between both markets;- Main Trading areas are UK and Continental Europe (RTE, UK, Amprion, Elia, Tennet, REE);- Nominating Power Portfolio including VPPs to the TSOs, responsible for purchasing capacity, placing orders on power exchanges;- Using trading platforms such as EPEX spot, N2EX, APX UK and NL and Belpex;- On the Gas desk, managing Total’s UK upstream, downstream and Continental Europe portfolios;- Responsible for nominating European virtual points;- Managing Within Day Portfolios during the weekends, which requires trading out positions in both UK and Europe, optimising storage and reacting to changes in demand figures;- Optimising LTC upstream and downstream, Swing and TOP contracts (including field production and beach gas) to maximise P&L;- Developing customer relationships with counterparts in the Gas and Power markets;
