Set clear and measurable targets resulting in a 5%-point higher efficiency and lower staff by 20 heads, overall an annual saving of USD 1 million. Defined and implemented an USD 25+ million capital investment plan. Consolidated 3 distribution operations into central hub.• Transformed a manufacturing centre to increase operation to 7days/24h while complexity increased from serving 1 to 64 markets, and from 30 to 1000 SKU. Restructured the Procurement department built on category based responsibilities and transactional activities, resulting in approx. USD 3.0 million annual savings.• Built a Greenfield factory from design to commissioning, a USD 100 million investment.
