Strategic development, corporate planning, internal consulting: I help the organisation, departments and people design their strategies, establish business and implementation plans, and organisational changes, in cooperation with Finance, IT, HR, the DG and President's office, with a focus on transversal, governance, social development, and support functions. This includes helping departments define their annual and quadrennial objectives and implementation plans, and support them in scoping, specifying, budgeting and roadmapping specific intiatives, such as company-wide CRM, ERP, or HR programmes. On a company-scale, this includes support in developing the IOC's strategic roadmap (Olympic Agenda 2020+5).

Corporate planning, internal consulting: I helped departments define their mid-term plan (strategy, objectives, initiatives to implement), and supported them in defining business cases and changes in their organisation.

Development of IOC and Olympic Movement collaborative platform and activation strategy: I managed a transversal programme to deliver an integrated collaborative digital platform for all IOC stakeholders (International sports Federations, National Olympic Committees, Organising Committees of the Olympic Games, Sponsors...), to collaborate around various business processes such as knowledge management, brand approvals, or information sharing.

Development of all IOC digital properties (Olympic.org, YouTube and social media) and activation, consolidated extranet, and company intranet: I lead a transversal digital marketing programme which aimed at developing the digital presence of the Olympics, by renewing its website (quite technically: content and search engine optimisation), and developing the Olympics' social media presence, with a focus on video on Youtube, in very close collaboration with OBS (our broadcasting subsidiary) and TMS (our business development subsidiary). Me and my team further consolidated all internal web applications into one single collaborative extranet to work with our stakeholders.

Management of Olympic Games Technical Manuals (now called Olympic Games Guides) and Olympic terminology: I developed the methodology to write the technical manuals allowing organising committees to understand their requirements to deliver the Olympic Games, and supported the process to create, update and maintain these contractual documents as annexes to the Olympic Games Host City contract.
