Provides the Nagra UEX PU a messaging solution for the STB and open devices. This solution is operated in a cloud infrastructure (open or private) it could eventually be deployed on premises if required. It brings a flexible and an easy solution to send messages to any component running in a STB or to DTV operator (Digital TV) application running on an open device (iOS/Android/web application) in a PubSubHubbub model. This solution included a 2 way authentication mechanism relying on a PKI x509 solution. That solution is designed to scale horizontal as the Digital TV operator needs.
