During my tenure as a member of the senior executive team of the Media division, I led the turnaround of China and played a central role in elevating the performance of the client-facing operations globally while accelerating its transition to digital.I have spent the first part of my career as a management consultant with Accenture (NYSE: ACN) and EY (later acquired by Capgemini). While at Accenture, I served on the leadership team of the Strategy practice, in the US and in China, and led the Products client portfolio (Consumer Goods, Retail, Automotive, Life Science, and Industrial Equipment) as well as the Operations strategy practice. I began my management consulting career with EY as a founding member of the Strategy practice dedicated to high-growth and middle-size companies in France. Outside of my corporate leadership experience, I have had the privilege of working with leading global companies and served on the Board of Directors and advised several successful start-ups in professional services, digital marketing, and high tech.
