Manager of "Le LAB", the EQIOM national multidisciplinary technical center and in charge of the R&D subject management for EQIOM. This technical center consists of five laboratories : road binders and aggregates, concrete, grout and mortars, chemistry & durability laboratory. It is providing the assistance for all EQIOM branch activities:- Cement production and sales: Customer assistance for modifying existing products, for solving daily production problems, for creating some new products, for providing the specific production control results- Concrete: Assistance for creating new formulae, for qualifying some complex mix design by performing specific tests, for finding some solutions in case of difficulties on jobsite- Aggregates and roads binders: For testing some new potential sources and for qualifying aggregates for specific concrete mix design, for studying some clients soil sample and simulate some treatment for adapting some road binders formulationIt is an open site with shared offices for colleagues from commercial, production and support services. From 2014 up to the middle of 2015, I was in charge of the EQIOM national multidisciplinary technical center project, which include the design, the conception, the construction, the equipment choice & investment, the collaborators hiring and the organization.
