  • Jaguards
    Cto
    Jaguards Sep 2016 - Present
    Nice, Provence-Alpes-Côte D’Azur, France
Since taking charge of the development of Jaguards in 2016, I have been a key driver in its transformation and growth. Initially, I was solely responsible for all technical aspects, from architecture and development to hosting and customer relations. This hands-on leadership allowed us to establish strong foundations, alongside the sales team, and secure prestigious clients like AirFrance and SNCF.By 2018, I transitioned to leading the technical team, overseeing strategic recruitment to scale the department. One of the pivotal decisions we made was to completely rebuild our Spring/Angular-based software from the ground up, aiming for a highly industrialized and scalable solution. This forward-thinking approach has enabled us to position Jaguards as a national leader in supervision and daybook software.Today, we are recognized for delivering mission-critical projects such as the SNCF national security hypervisor and managing public transport crises across the entire Ile-de-France region. These achievements reflect the strength of our vision and our ability to handle complex, high-stakes projects at the national level.
