With over two decades of experience in the 3D art industry, my career is defined by a passion for fostering growth and innovation within creative teams. Currently steering the Dynamics and Props department at Naughty Dog, my mission goes beyond managing projects and deadlines; it's about building a culture where technology and artistry intersect seamlessly.
