This position establishes and leads the TOMS’ Team responsible for Product Development & Pre production and Quality Operations from initial prototyping through sampling to commercialization / pre-production and quality assurance for assigned models to lead to on time delivery of development sampling and pre-production hand overs according to critical dates, product specification, sustainability, performance, and profitability goals.

Fully responsible for FOB purchases of over $600 million - 70% apparel / accessories and 30% footwear. Regional production departments - FOB over $400 million and 200 people aligned within in-house sourcing organization (Quiksilver Asia Sourcing.)
