Christophe Durand Email and Phone Number
After 10 years with EY, first in Audit and then in Transaction Services, I put my financial expertise to work for the company as Director of Management Control within two operational Excom - in hypermarkets and at head office - for 8 years. I'm now in charge of Group management control, working closely with General Management.I'm at ease in high-stakes, exposed situations and in complex, matrix-based, international environments, thanks to my interpersonal skills, global vision and attention to detail. As a consultant, I have been involved in dozens of complex M&A transactions, both for sale and purchase, for corporates and private equity funds. On the corporate side, I played an active role in the transformation of the Carrefour Group. In the field, through the operational implementation of the Carrefour 2018-2022 transformation plan in hypermarkets, as well as at headquarters, notably through the development of new business models (e-commerce, non-food). Finally, I was in charge of the financial modeling of the Carrefour 2026 plan in support of general management.I prefer to acquire technical skills with leading consulting firms. In charge of the entire management control cycle for a listed group with dozens of subsidiaries, I have acquired solid corporate experience with a keen interest in cash flow and financial communication issues.I simplify financial processes to improve reliability, efficiency and the relevance of decision-oriented analysis. This has led me to overhaul forecasting processes or rethink the company's financial management model in the context of an ERP changeover. On two occasions, I've had the opportunity to rebuild teams of up to 65 people, to help deep-rooted financial cultures evolve and to look after a group's talent pool. I'm also in charge of the management control director lines in subsidiaries.
