Projects covered strategic topics from preparation and participation to a Mobile Spectrum auction for 4G, Tower sales and lease-back, Tier III Datacenter design and construction, Fixed Network multi-year capacity and quality plan.I was also responsible for the Technology Post-Merger Integration following the acquisition of Cable Onda Fixed and B2B Operation in Panama and Telefonica Mobile Operations in Panama and Nicaragua,. I led the execution of the Network and IT carve-out plan and synergy realization. In this project, I proposed and implemented a Technology Shared Services Center for Central America (110 people) that successfully increased operational efficiencies and secured technical expertise for the region.
