My passion is solving customer's problems by creating things they need. I’ve been able to do it through digital and advanced manufacturing technologies. I've led software development projects that increased user productivity, digitized and automated data artifacts saving half a million dollars and eliminating manual work. I've designed using cutting-edge technology reducing weight for thousand+ aircraft engines. These are some of my contributions.My leadership style is institutional. Analyze the problem. -Technical depth: I geek out with technicalities. Why?-It's all in the data: I make data driven decisions, the answers can be found in the zeros and ones. Deliver the solution on time and under budget.-Time-selfish: I can prioritize what's most important, fail fast and move on, time is money.-Opportunity Awaits: Inventing is what I do, it puts the business ahead of the competition, plus it's addicting.
