These projects ranged from the design of heirloom furniture to custom homes and everything in between. As the business evolved, I worked closely with Phi's General Construction team to create more refined design-build strategies. This refinement included streamlining the design process by introducing new procedures & standards, and to condense from multiple CAD software programs into a single more efficient Revit based process. Once a licensed architect I helped to establish Phi's in-house Architectural Department. The company's growth and the development of this department led to a business name change from Phi Home Designs to Phi Builders + Architects. While managing the Architecture Department my responsibilities included project design & oversight, scheduling, marketing & project acquisition, professional evaluation & development, and both department and company growth. I worked closely with our in-house Architects and designers, as well as outside professionals on a variety of residential and commercial design, and construction, projects. Show less
