About Christopher A. Jensen

I am a partner in Selmer's Bank and Finance department, specialicing in debt financings, securities law and company law. I advise companies, managers, lenders and borrowers on various types of financial transactions, in particular acquisition financing and bond financing, in addition to capital market transactions such as initial public offerings (IPOs), private placements and acquisitions. I have extensive experience in cross-border transactions, both as adviser and as a corporate lawyer, and has represented both leading industrial groups and Private Equity funds in acquisitions, establishment of joint ventures and large-scale capital market transactions.I am also an active member of Selmer's recruitment team, and regularly lecture students on topics related to negotiable instruments law.
