Assists President in running the organization smoothly. Has numerous officers as direct reports, including three financial officers (General Financial, Competition Financial, and Sponsorship Coordinators), Webmaster, and Chief Safety Officer. Additionally, guides lower leadership like non-officer mentors and subteam/R&D leads and reinforces their decision making when needed. Also helps maintain team dynamic and ensures all lower leadership abides by the GRAVT mission statement. Continues to serve as a mentor, providing guidance in design and fabrication, especially in areas where other mentors might not be as knowledgeable.

As a mentor, helped members learn the basics of high-power civilian rocketry and managed certain aspects of the team. Assisted with design review ("sanity check"), maintained team bay in the AEDL, and helped plan for the team's future. Built and maintained team website. Helped two of our three subteams place third in their respective competitions at Battle of the Rockets 2024.As treasurer, managed finances and helped ensure GRAVT remained funded. Balanced different types of allotments (donations, grants, funds) of varying levels of liquidity and allowed uses (travel, lab improvements, etc.) and ensured subteams spent responsibly.

Helped design, test, iterate, and construct the recovery system for our 2022-2023 competition rocket. Additionally, assisted the mechanical subteam with component testing and rocket construction as a whole. Helped write multiple technical reports, many of which placed first during the competition. Overall team finish of third place in the 2022-23 Midwest High-Power Rocketry Precision Landing Challenge.

Assisted Engineering department with mission-critical tasks, including the preparation and implementation of performance improvement processes (prepared accurate SOLIDWORKS models and drawings for internal and vendor use based on decades-old drawings, led a paperless document trial, created multiple Excel dashboards to track nonconformances based on product line and which nonconformances need action from specific departments, assembled new and repaired old tooling, etc.), tracking and containing non-compliant components (locating, tagging, and documenting noncompliant parts, including separating to-be-scrapped and to-be-reworked parts), mitigating potential sources of noncompliance (preparing engineering process changes, investigating consistent sources of noncompliance), and more.
