Worked with stakeholders and internal SMEs to help refine business processes to take advantage of the efficiencies that can be gained through Salesforce. Developed the rollout strategy, training plan and curriculum for the company's service team. Conducted train the trainer sessions as well as end-user training in both in-class and remote environments. Also worked with the sales team on there existing implementation of Sale Cloud to help them improve user adoption by highlighting and providing training for features they were not taking full advantage of.

I work with key stake holders in the company to develop and maintain the vision for our Salesforce org and communicate that vision to the scrum team.Act as key decision maker on priorities and design decisions, and work to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned as we continue to develop our org. As the CRM Training Manager, I design, oversee and conduct company training programs related to our Customer Relationship platform (Salesforce), monitor and report the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development. While I am primarily focused on Salesforce training in the Enrollment Center and related Support areas, I am also responsible for the oversight of user training in other areas of the organization. We used Agile methodology in developing and standing up our Salesforce org and as a core member of our Salesforce team I worked closely with our Product Owner, Admins and Salesforce Success Team throughout our initial implementation and continue to act in that role as we expand our org through continued Sprints and Releases.
