Developed a report for the client outlining alternative replacement options based on an energy model that was normalized from existing conditions and utility bills. Utilized a thermal imaging camera to identify problem areas in the building envelope.• Created energy models for various building types including data centers and a refrigerated warehouse. Estimated the savings impact of numerous Energy Conservation Measures in conjunction with ESCOs in order to reduce energy consumption in government buildings.
