As a Motivational speaker, behavioral analysis consultant, relational leadership coach, and trainer through Wiley Leadership Solutions (WLS), I provide underdogs and introverts the fundamental strategy and skills to go through transition from “the line to leadership” and from “leadership to the line.”. This process begins with three steps: 1) Reframing Your Story, 2) Focusing on the Inches, and 3) Building the Village. Leveraging a suite of tools and frameworks, I provide behavioral analysis at the individual and team levels, group training, one-on-one personal growth coaching, team training, multi-week deep-dive personal growth journeys, and more.The purpose of my program is to guide you through a journey of self-discovery, growth, and improved perspective. I want to change your mind. Now, why would I want to do such a thing? Because your thoughts become your beliefs, which then go to frame your future thoughts. Those thoughts and beliefs manifest as actions and habits in the real world. Not everything you think is beneficial, and not everything you do aligns with your goals. By changing your thought process, even a little, you can make significant changes in your life and the lives of others. I love learning new things, understanding things deeper, and sharing stories. On paper, I am a retired 22+ year Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army, former scout helicopter pilot, Ph.D., martial artist, ordained minister, amateur magician, and Lifer in a traditional motorcycle club. In reality, I’m just a scared lobster that found shelter along the path and has kept going.I have spent over twenty-five years in uniform, flying helicopters, or planning non-kinetic operations. In both jobs, I led and learned from some of my generation's most extraordinary people. Now I want to share that with you.
