Formerly Metro Bank, a de novo that opened in March 2008. I was brought in as the fourth employee to assist in design and build out of the bank itself. Assisted with core provider decision, shareholder management, and initial executive office suites and branch build-out before the bank opened. Then ran all deposit operations, network administration, facilities, and security areas of the bank. I would project manage any new branch constructions as well as network installations and upgrades. Eventually moved into solely the Information Security role and the BSA Officer role. I also maintained being the Security Officer and the DR/BCP Officer for the bank. The bank was sold in late 2014 to ServisFirst. I stayed on through the merger and then moved on to another bank.

I was hired during the IO phase of the bank to help build and create the IT and Deposit Operations areas of the bank. I also project managed any and all branch constructions. Focus areas included IT/Network Administration, Deposit Operations, Electronic Banking Management, Project Management, Branch/Facility Management, Security, DR/BCP, and Accounting.
