Patent analysis related to startup commercialization• Developed download, parsing, formatting, and analysis scripts for all US patents from 1900 to 2019, producing the underlying similarity scores of patent abstracts, as well as extracting descriptions to find in-text citations• Researchers were able to conduct the largest-scale analysis of patents as a result of the scripts, leading to numerous additional research studies and papers

Korbot has a suite of sophisticated algorithms for cryptocurrency trading that empowers retail investors to compete against the "whale" institutional investors. Guided global strategy and asset creation for our suite of tools currently operating on a USD 7MM AUM portfolio. Additionally, I led a mathematical finance group from Boston University to conduct an audit of our algorithms. This audit showed the predicted returns in different market volatilities, as well as performed benchmarks of our algorithms. Also created a network of investors, advisors, and partners in the United States.

BU Spark! is an initiative to support student-driven innovation in computer science and engineering. Worked with the administration to manage 15 paid fellows in the Spark! program by advising, guiding, and mentoring them through their product creation process. Additionally, participated with Spark! as an external partner, bringing project ideas to students and guiding them through the MVP development process. Created workshops and provided expertise and feedback for revising the curriculum with director Ziba Cranmer.

Worked with the management team to create a client portal available to their beta testers. I utilized their existing software tools and aggregated information into an easy-to-use dashboard. This portal improved communication between our clients and our business development team, improving the document sharing process.

ONE MARK, an award-winning company, equips businesses with what they need to stand out among their competition through our powerful branding and web development services. As the lead web developer, my role is to give life and function to website projects, taking pre-designed Illustrator files and executing it on the web, either through WordPress or by writing code from scratch. I come up with creative programming solutions to execute complex functionality requested by the team.

I worked with a group of students and faculty through Boston University Questrom IT Services. I did client work designing websites for Questrom, as well as planning, designing, and implementing new services for the students and faculty.

ACEA's Business Internship program has a wide breadth of topics, ranging from analyzing website data to learning how to be professional in a work environment. This internship is educational in nature and strives to help interns participate in projects they are interested in, to challenge them in areas they are unfamiliar with, and overall to learn how a start-up functions in practice.

I was commissioned to develop a website from the ground up (i.e. without a template) for the musician Jon Waltz, working with the co-founder to design the site. I sharpened my skills with HTML, CSS, and JS, as well as learning more about embedded content and 3rd party API's. This site's distinguishing factor is an animated background that changes based on the time of day and the weather in Memphis, TN, the musician's home town.

Worked with the Financial Director and created a new Financial System via a VBA Macro-Enabled Excel file that improved efficiency while decreasing errors for International Site Directors.

As a barista, I was responsible for opening and closing the location, taking orders and processing payments, as well as making the drinks or food for the customers. Working in such a fast-paced environment gave me the skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks, as well as communicating effectively with my coworkers and customers.
