I have worked in the speciality/ wholesale side of the business with Swatch Group. I opened 4 new locations in the southeast, traveled to scout new locations, assisted wholesale with key accounts. The majority of my career has been spent in Department Stores. I have had responsibility for every selling department within a store at some point in my career. My areas of expertise and passion are in Footwear and Cosmetics. I have a strong drive for results, my management philosophy is to lead by Inspireing my team. I believe strongly that through coaching and redirecting my team that we can always be successful. I feel strongly that teams do win, and as a manager I am the leader of a team, my job is to motivate and inspire my team.
