Economics graduate with 16 years of experience in financial services, specialising in building and growing investment banking businesses. I started my career at Nomura on the primary debt syndicate desk before moving to NatWest Markets to grow the Financial primary business. At NatWest I ran the Global Flow Credit business with the main hubs in New York, Singapore, Paris, and London. I also took on the added responsibility of Digital Capital Markets, which included implementing Tokenisation and Artificial Intelligence within the Capital Markets business and helping formulate the Digital Asset strategy for the Group. Outside of banking, I have been investing in and advising start-ups and FinTechs for 10 years and served as an early advisor to Goji investments before their recent sale to Euroclear.I am currently working with Diode as a Non-Executive Director and a Senior Advisor for Alantra
