I worked as a scanner technician responsible for refurbishing and repairing varying handheld scanner models. Ensuring the functionality of each product as well as ensuring customer satisfaction was top priority. It allowed me to dig in-depth on the functionality for each scanner, overall learning how each one was programmed based on customer demand and resetting them to defaults to allow for customer customization. Attention to detail and cleanliness of the scanners were also as important to make sure they are in a like new condition, avoiding damage and providing continuous maintenance on scanners that pose issues for a customer. Being able to work alongside a dedicated team to work on bulk orders for scanners has given me the confidence to push forward and motivate myself further on helping to achieve company goals.
